Pros
- Saffron is great too but they work pretty differently - you could probably stack them without issues.
- Three most useful supplements for me for social anxiety were saffron, NAC and taurine.
- I take saffron and it's pretty good, but no idea how it compares to lithium or if they can be combined.
- Def one a super suppliment, and recommend everyone in the world try it.
- I’ve only noticed a slight difference when I consistently take saffron.
Cons
- Persian cuisine mostly uses turmeric for the taste, for color they use saffron
- Currently taking saffron, but not sure I can feel much, but I reckon it's still helping in the background.
- Except saffron. That one is still crazy expensive

Better to combine it with some saffron instead of combining it with weed.
I can vouch for saffron, although I have to say that I took it in a supplement that also had a bit of rhodiola as well. It's what worked for me.
I’ve seen a doctor say saffron works like Zoloft, works for me
