• Rtx 5060 / 5060ti or a rx 9060xt. Then a cpu upgrade to a 5000 series later or now if you can squeeze in a 5600 / 5700x depending on budget.
• rtx 5060 or rx 9060xt 8 gigs are can be found for like 250-270 on sale and are basically 50% faster even despite having less vram. They are the much better choice if the budget can be stretched just a bit.
• i would say for now atleast take the rtx5050 or 5060 laptop..it got 8gb vram so u can get an idea for how long the gpu gonna be relevant.

Cons

• 5060 is not the sweetspot, paying for more performance while still being stuck at the bare minimum amount of VRAM is ridiculous to say the least.
• Performance looks great, a hopeful 1440p gaming laptop. 8GB VRAM: Hol' up
• RTX 5060 12GB has the best Ray Tracing and DLSS 4 support, but the lower VRAM.
• Beware the RTX 5060 / 5060 Ti uses only 8x lanes of PCIe 5.0, not the full x16 lanes.
