RAM is not reputable by any means. They will deny you a refund if they cancel your flight due to issues on their end. They tend to lose people’s luggage and do not rectify the issue through communication or compensation. They have 3 active lawsuits from different entities including civil associations and individuals. Customer service is shite.

Flew CMN-JFK last year on business. The flight itself was good although the seat config was a bit weird. We sat on the tarmac for an hour with no PA and before that sat on the bus for 30 min. Lounge was crammed and had limited food options.

I guess I'm a datapoint of one here but we flew RAM round trip to Casablanca a couple years ago and it was an absolute, unmitigated disaster. The flight itself was fine (although the cabin was hot as hell on both legs). The flight back was delayed several times and then ultimately canceled. We were in the airport, at the terminal for over 7 hours. There was basically no communication from the ground crew at all.
