if you want some sherry have a look at Tamdhu, Redbreast, Glenallachie, Bunnahabhain (all 12yos)

You want sherry, Glenallachie, Glendronach, Bunnahabhain 12, Redbreast, Tamdhu, Macallan's sister distillery Glenrothes do it better for a fraction of the price.

For smoothness, you probably can’t do better than Redbreast.

Anything redbreast is a pretty easy sell for me. Especially 12 cast strength or 15 yr

Parent context: Is the Blasphemous part because you used Redbreast? Reply: Yessir! Most whisky people I know balk at the prospect of not drinking 15 Year straight. Makes a damn good highball imo though.

Irish is usually pretty smooth. Redbreast or the Spot range for example.
