Raspberry Pi 4

Pros

• Parent context: Raspi is sufficient enough for Home Assistant? Reply: Sure, but don't cheap out on the RAM. I would recommend Raspberry Pi 4 with 8 gigs.
• I'd just get a raspberry pi (pi4 works just fine, no need for a 5) or HA Green. You can get a z-wave "hat" for the pi, so that when you're ready to move to something else you can re-purpose the pi as a remote zwave gateway
• Raspberry pi 4 + zigbee dongle
• I have a Raspberry Pi 4 that isn't currently being used for a project, but would be open to a different hub if there's a good reason for it.
• * Raspberry Pi 4 with PiKVM

Cons

• One Chromebox (style doesn't matter, just HDMI output and Chrome -- I'd previously used a Raspberry Pi 4 for this)
• My main web server is a project website that lives on a Raspberry Pi 4 (green).
• Yeah I started with OMV on a Raspberry Pi 4 4 years ago when I first started homelabbing.
• Modest upgrade for the homelab, from a raspberry pi 4 and 6tb external hard drive, to a HP prolient i5 with 16gb of ram and 4 x 6TB hard drives running unraid. Wow what an upgrade.
• Hubitat C7 Elevation /Raspberry pi 4 running pihole/wireguard/Philips Hue hub
