we all know pearsonvue has its issues when it comes with support
A month ago I got an email saying it should be now applied to my future exams automatically, and sure enough it did, when I booked my next one last month. I have sent Pearson & Microsoft a few feedback notes about this one in the past as my native language won't change 🤷♂️ And for once, something improved 👍
My approval letter asked me to contact them or fill out a form to schedule it. Instead of the normal self service booking. The form basically asks which center I want to take the exam and what’s my preferred time, etc. I did find the process a bit counter productive though.
I had bad experience with pearsonvue EAL a communication, I got it approved and they told me book the exam your self and let's know to add the extra time so I did. And i supprised there is no extra time at the exam
