Owlet

Pros

• We have his owlet on we call the nurses line
• Didn’t have it for my first child cause I read about it causing more anxiety. But I got it for my second child and it’s been incredible. It’s eased my anxiety so much and just made me feel much more at ease.

• The owlet is the only thing that let me sleep when my baby was sleeping. I was so anxious before it. We use it every night.
• We love ours at 9 months in! Never have had any problems with it personally

Cons

• We loved it. It gave me so much peace of mind during those first few weeks. However, I have friends who bought one and felt like it only added to their anxiety because they were constantly watching their LO’s vitals.
• I wish I would’ve known about this when we got the owlet. 💔
• Our owlet was hacked into on Monday— they took my husband’s credit card number and changed his name and birthdate on the account. We didn’t realize until yesterday when my husband went to pay bills for the month.
• breast pump i chose is very mixed. same with owlet.
• The owlet is the only thing I truly regret buying. It irritated my son’s sensitive skin and he constantly kicked it off. When he kicked it off it would go off and I’d think he wasn’t breathing
