I recently ordered the set of the “re-released” Christmas palettes, and unfortunately one of the matte shadows arrived broken. I reached out to customer service with photos, asking to be sent a replacement shadow. Their response was to offer compensation toward a future order instead.

This brand died last year and yeah this palette is fugly.
And their quality is mediocre at best.
They've released this about 100 times now. It's so ugly I can't.

OE formula is too hit or miss. You may have gotten a good one but the chances of me getting a good one will be too wishy washy based on my experience with them and their customer service is non existent.
