Like if your wanting to run path tracing cyberpunk or similar get the 5070 (you'll still need dlss).
It'll go up to an RTX 5070 12GB or RX 9070 16GB. Both are able to handle 4K Gaming. And 1440p High easily, probably going over 100FPS if DLSS4, FSR4 & XeSS 2.0 is used.
wait till jan 30 and the rtx 5070 will come out, it's 550 pop.
The 5070 is alright at MSRP, and would be more than fine for 3D rendering.
technically, the 5070 is slightly better in value, but the 12GB of vram and much lower performance makes it better to go for the 9070XT instead imo.
