I love my 3090, use it in my main rig, no Frame Gen Crap lol, I run Cyberpunk, Far Cry 6 maxed out with good frames (approx 30 fps, fine for me for those type of games) and I can adjust it proper for Warzone and other games that are competitive. the 24 gig's of RAM are also a solid thing to have, I Far Cry with all Textures mapped at 2K is gorgeous.
When playing Apex Legends(or other high fps titles), my pc seems to be slightly stuttery at times and sluggish. It definitely can't keep it at a stable 240 fps as evidenced by the fps counter in-game and in the steam FPS overlay. It's always hovering around 230-ish with brief dips to 130 in the dropship and during heavy action. This is despite the fact that i play at 1080P with low-medium settings.
The RTX 3090 probably suits you better. However, note that the 3090 draws 350W of power, whereas the RTX 5060 TI draws 180W.
For ai why not just get used 3090s?
