The GTX 1660 Super really has been a fantastic card for the money, but I'm ready to max out those graphics settings.
Save up an extra $20 and get a 1660ti or 1660 super for $75. A good bit faster and okay for 1080p

You could however replace that with a used Ryzen 3600 or Ryzen 3100 depending on pricing in your region that could slot into the motherboard you have, and get a used GTX 1660 Super graphics card along with 16GB of DDR4 Ram and that should do solidly enough for a good long while.

I have messed with video editing skateboarding videos of my friends at 1080p/gopro footage, but never on a deadline and never something more than a few mins long. Its been totally fine (for my standards) on video editing.
