For work, mainly rendering and composition, I use a server with 4 cpus, 2011v3 XEONs with 24 cores each, 768GB of ddr3, and a gtx 1070 ti. With my 15 year old build I have saved the day at work countless times when clients bring a laptop built in the last year, armed with top of the line specs, and it can't handle rawdogging 30 camera feeds bouncing between 10 displays.

1070ti is fine especially for 1440p I played on one till December I just upgraded cause tarkov is optimized to shit. Also make sure to offer the guy 100 instead of 110, he might let you have it for lower. The 1070ti will be fine with your processor.
