I love my Pro 2s (I own 3) but the Nexigo provides a great value for the money for sure and is generally well received.
Most of the lifestyle projectors (Valerion, Nexigo, Hisense C2) are fine for this.
However, the Nexigo really does hold up against the Pro 2 as seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZY0ckcxsfdc So for the price, that might be a steal.
If rbe is a concern get the nexigo but imo should wait as supposedly the mk2 is coming soon.
Px3 will be brighter and has better color, but nexigo has less rbe
How about nebula x1 or nexigo ?
Nexigo is a lot dimmer than px3, you'll need a high gain screen if you want to use it with some lights on.

Digging into their company profile, I found that their headquarters is a single family residence in Beaverton, OR. That doesn't look good for a company in this space: it strongly suggests custom-branded Chinese imports with little to no domestic employee base.
The Nexigo seems like a decent option to try.
