Sony's made strides on their UX, but they're still behind with lots of legacy cruft, and as I understand it, Sony *still* doesn't have a default lossless compressed raw option, something *literally every other digital camera maker* has had for decades
from a technology perspective, I don’t think anything beats Sony, and to that end, I’d highly recommend them, since they have a few tools to tweak the sound.
If the headphones are bad they might make an audiable noise, but the newer models from brands such as Bose, Sennheiser, Sony, Focal etc. don't have that.
