Mt. Bachelor

Pros

• Easy, Mt Bachelor.
• Bachelor is better for a family. Bend is a better place to go out and eat at restaurants etc. and if someone does not ski bend is a fun town to walk around in.
• Mt Bachelor in Oregon is guaranteed to have complete coverage through May. You can chase the corn cycles with 360 degrees of skiing from the summit — some of the best late spring skiing in the country, no doubt
• There is absolutely massive stoke to be had at bachelor, timberline and meadows.
• Good news: you have lots of options close (Bogus, Sun Valley, Tamarack, Brundage, Soldier Mountain) and you have even more within a days drive (Mt Hood, Mt Bachelor, Jackson Hole, Grand Targhee and a lot more smaller resorts)

Cons

• Bachelor/Bend for more a rounded family experience but day tickets and lodging are going to be more expensive.
• Mt Bachelor in Oregon sorta?
• I took my daughter to the base of Mt Bachelor last year, she liked the riglet for all of two minutes before she just wanted to make little snowmen and throw snowballs.
• Looks like Mt Bachelor/Banff/Revelstoke are receiving a bit of snow over the next week - fingers crossed the carries on 😭
