MSI PRO B850M-VC WIFI6E

Pros

• Sound cards, USB cards, capture cards, WiFi card if it didn't already come with WiFi and probably a bunch of other more niche stuff.
• I wanted more USB ports since I plug a lot of stuff in and the standard 4-6 wasn't gunna cut it so I splurged. Honestly worth it imo if you're really gunna use the utility you're paying more for.
• Like I alluded to before if you added a pcie USB expansion card primarily for stuff like to plug in your mouse, keyboard, and anything that doesn't need high transfer speeds; it'd help free up USB ports for stuff that do need higher spee...
• While you could get a second GPU; you can also get a capture card, add more USB ports, get a dedicated sound card; the possibilities are really endless.

Cons

• One pcie3 lane is **985 MB/s**. That's not much at all.
• I guess you could put in a 10Gbe NIC with a small bottleneck, but don't most 10Gbe chipsets require 4 lanes just to function?
• The `PRO B850M-VC WIFI6E` motherboard has a surprising number of full-sized PCIe slots: 4 total, but 3 of them are PCIe 3.0 x1 (From the Chipset).
