Walmart near me have 5070s in stock for 500, if you don’t want to go that high then I would look in to the cheapest 9060xt 16gb you can find and then he will be set and won’t need a new gpu at the end of the year. The 8gb cards are already becoming an issue and will not have enough vram for games in the near future
Shadow 3X probably the quietest of the 4. I always prefer 3 fans.
