Malört

Pros

• Ribs, wings, burgers, beer, Malört…. It’s a helluva time. We kill a keg in no time.
• I feel like Malört had real potential as a modifier in cocktails. It's ridiculously bitter, but that's just something you have to be willing to work with.
• I'll never not upvote malört. Cheers!
• I had the opposite experience, thinking it was going to be rancid and disgusting and being pleasantly surprised that I enjoyed it. I got a lot of grapefruit, menthol, eucalyptus, with a little wormwood the first time I tried.
• So I bought a bottle, tasted it, and thoroughly enjoyed it! I decided I had to make a cocktail with it, and it turned out as amazing as I had hoped.
