the motherboard I have is nowhere to be found.
Everything was fine until I saw that the power limit was around 35 watts, so I searched Google and found out that you had to unlock it with a BIOS mod. Long story short it's bootlooping. I searched the internet and either it wasn't working completely or i was stuck at the error b7 which indicates a ram initialization error, or it goes into a bootloop, where it turns in for a second and turns back off.
