Parent context: I've had one of these for years, but never knew how to cook on it. My pancakes always stick and cooked unevenly. I am finally getting educated enough to bust it back out and try again. Reply: Thanks, the griddle side has seasoned great but I can’t get the grill side to season right. I actually gave it a 50/50 vinegar bath and scrubbed it it get the rust off that side and it’s in the oven now.
