This is my daily gaming monitor. I love it. Affordable and checks all boxes for my budget
bought this LG Ultragear way back in 2020, and Windows update tried to install that bullshit software. Fuck all the way off
I returned the $450 QOLED and went and grabbed an LG Ultragear on sale from Best Buy and I'm happy as can be with the choice.
The only downside of the LG monitor is that dark scenes aren’t very clear, especially if you play in a dark room. In my case, I often play in a dark room, and I also play a lot games that has dark maps. Some areas of the map are very dark, and on the LG it will be hard to see anything.
I remember getting my first monitor (also an Lg ultragear) 7 years ago for ~ $400 CAD, nice that the price has gone down on them. Super underrated monitors IMO, don’t see a lot of people praising them.
