Pros
- 42” LG C6 165Hz I know it’s not a “monitor” but TVs are probably going to fit that requirement a lot easier.
- So I just purchased my first OLED and got a C6 for a kick ass deal at BB.
- OLED has always been the standard for the better picture. You won’t regret getting the C6
- get a mini LED for regular use, and a baller LG C6 for entertainment if you want WOLER, its the correct way to use WOLED
- Burn in hasn't been an issue for years on these oleds with all the improvements.

If oled go with lg c6
Looking to get the LG C6 and the salesman at the bestbuy mentioned that my older Yamaha RX V673 receiver won't upsclae to 4k, which is true. When I googled answers, it mostly said to let the LG do the upscaling not the receiver.
If budget is not a factor then the best 42 inch TV you can buy is the LG C6.
Go for Samsung s95 or lg c6 TVs you picked are ok but are 2025 mid rage TVs
So I decided to spend a bit more and go LG C6
