Kingston SSDs are generally pretty crap. There are exceptions but I would really avoid them. There is no reason to get a used Kingston SSD at that price.

I use a mix of Samsung, Kioxia, Kingston, Lexar and Patriot that are all doing very well, a Crucial and WD that are doing less well but good enough for now and a Chinese bargain bin Walram that still is working well, but be careful with Chinese SSDs that are cheap.
