I would add that 1tb isn't a lot of space in this day and age. I would always keep files on a separate drive so if I do need to reinstall the os, or that drive fails I have all my files separate. A second ssd, or even hhd would be useful.
The Kingston NV3 will work, but it’s a pretty entry-level DRAM-less drive. For a similar price you can usually get something a bit better.

Same with the SSD I did look at cheaper ones like the Kingston NV3, but I went with the SN850X since it’s a higher end drive and more reliable long term.
Just get another Kingston NV3. Same model is fine, keeps things simple.
