I bought a used 265K for 230€ a few months ago, really happy with its performance.
The 265k is pretty good value. You can find it for about $250. These days it tends to match non-X3D chips in gaming and offers better multithreaded performance with the exception of the Zen4/5 16 cores.
Absolutely no point to LGA 1700 new, 265k is cheap and awesome.
