- 1.53V is very high, I think the highest overclock I've seen for 12900K. It looks like the temps are safe and it's not thermal throttling much. As long as you have the cooling to sustain that level of heat, it will be okay. I don't think...
- I plan on switching to intel but was wondering if I should go the safe route and go with 12900kf or just go straight with 14700kf

I have done some basic overclocking on it but I haven't put it under the kind of load I put it through right now so I can't yet know if the chip crashes at stock, I only have benchmarked it at stock but not actually used it and the benchmark was fine but now even after using preset overclocks like ai and non-manual settings (+2boost profile) it would still crash even after removing all the undervolts and setting them to auto, could be the 1x8 adapter causing it?

1.53V is very high, I think the highest overclock I've seen for 12900K. It looks like the temps are safe and it's not thermal throttling much. As long as you have the cooling to sustain that level of heat, it will be okay. I don't think degrading the chip is a major concern, Alder Lake chips seem to respond fine to voltage (unlike some Raptor Lake ones). It would take a very long time of use to possibly degrade the silicon, and then it would still work just the maximum clock speed would have to be dropped.
