I have a 14700KF (same as yours minus the integrated GPU), and I'm running it on stock speeds, albeit with a 360mm AIO. No issues whatsoever, don't feel the need to undervoltage it.
And why not a 14700kf ? For 450$ on amazon with the B760M-AYW in ddr4 ?
