I built this one a few years back and had some issues with my CPU and had to RMA it because of the issues it had with power instability or whatever.
My main is a 13700K & 5090 wher I do my 4K 144Hz Games.
If you do want an upgrade I'd just go to like a 13700k, which is what I have, or 14700k, since same socket.
Or upgrade the processor to like a 13700k or 14700k
Even as i type this with only 1 tab of chrome open and nothing else, my CPU is at 59 degrees using 7% utilisation.

The 13700K is a very hot CPU in general, but that sort of problem shouldn't appear out of nowhere.
The 13700K and 13700KF should be identical except for the latter lacking an iGPU. Same goes for the 13700 and 13700F. F and K do not affect each other. The 13700K and KF will be faster than their non-K counterparts because they are allowed to use more power and reach higher clock speeds.
That said, if you have the money a 5060ti and a 13700k or f would play nice together. The 13700k is a beast still.
I’d go 13700k then. eBay has them for less than 400. Id spend that much just because you won’t need a new chip for a while. Mines been chugging since 2023 with no complaints, never needed more power.
