I5 is enough for games and general use.
The i5 never had a real problem since does not have a single core boost that can require more voltage than necessary and power consumption is not that bad that can easily degrade the silicon, voltages and power consumption is in line with the 9850x3d funny enough.
And? They dont have a Xenon, it's an old as shit i5.

that price is insane for a i9-14900k, i would recommend the i5, i9 can degrade and burn themselves.
