After the BIOS update, my CPU behavior under all-core workloads seems off. In Cinebench R23 multi and in rendering workloads, the CPU will not exceed about 100 to 105W package power (HWiNFO), and performance is massively lower. Cinebench R23 multi is now around 10,800.
E-core effective clocks are stuck around 1.9 to 2.0 GHz, and E-core utilization never really looks “fully loaded” compared to before.
Overall, I'm really just considering going back to the old BIOS, I don't think the stability issues were affecting me, I'm having trouble diagnosing what could be wrong.
