When booting up Windows 11, the fan ramps up quite loud and HWiNFO shows the CPU temps jumping between 40 and 85 degrees. After a couple minutes it seems to calm down and sit around 45-50 degrees but that still feels high for idle. It reached a max of 97 degrees when opening a game, doubt that that's normal. When he's in game it hovers around 70-80 degrees mostly.
