You're just gonna be asking about what CPU to upgrade to in a year or two with a 13100.
Not that the 13100F is bad, it's just that when you are blowing £130 on a AIO for an i3, it's just weird.
13100F is fine. The driver overhead issues have been somewhat alleviated, though they exist for older CPUs.
i3 3100f doesn’t exist so im gonna assume you meant i3 9100f based on the b365 motherboard, this is definitely gonna hold you back in games.

At first i was having some problems with event id 14 so i found that turning off ASMP fixed it, but while digging trough bios i found out my mobo was at bios 1663 the latest one is 1825 so i updated it.Ever since i updated it in more demanding games like Re 9 and Dying light the beast even at 1440p it would run great,BUT in less demanding ones like Cs 2,Valorant,Roblox,Apex and Cod every few seconds i would get a split second micro stutter.
