To me it seems like Arrow Lake flopped so hard that now the prices have gotten cut to the point that they actually provide a better value in a lot of cases. I woudnt get it at MSRP or anything, but I've seen some insane deals with Mobos, AIOs, RAM included for 265 and 285ks.

I suggest arrow lake as you are not gaming and it is alot more power efficient than raptor lake (if you really want to go with ddr5). It is also less issue prone.
Arrow lake keeps gaining as speeds keep going up until you need gear 4 at about 8800mt/s. Get what your budget can support, basic 6000 is perfectly fine.
