You could easily get 50-75% for that on ebay..
is an absolute work horse for 3D productivity. They retail for $4-7k.

I dont have my old gaming rig anymore, I would mostly use this thing for that and file storage if I kept it, but I would take up a hobby project if I heard one that sounded fun.
for real though, if you don't need that much horsepower, just sell it and buy yourself something nice
