Home Assistant Green

Pros

• I’ve planned to integrate smart functionality across the house: smart switches, sockets, shutter rollers and a thermostat, all based on Zigbee and managed through Home Assistant Green.
• consider getting a Home Assistant appliance like their $95 Home Assistant Green, which (mostly) just works out of the box, and integrating one or two devices (say, a bulb) to it via one of the above protocols.

• I will look into trying Home Assistant (green) once I can figure out more suitable use cases =)
• I suppose if you buy their product called "home assistant green", it comes preinstalled and just runs on the device so that would make it even easier (I'd recommend going with that).

Cons

• I was thinking home assistant green, tuya and all those other controllers, but it seems like most prefer to go with a pc setup
• My setup is as follows: * Home Assistant Green
• HA can be kinda tedious to setup. But more versitile.
• It looks like I can get Home Assistant Green or a HomeKit device for a similar price point.
• Home Assistant Green is their equivalent to Hometroller - a small computer that you just plug in and start using.
