Pros

• I found dellvery boxes help (HelloFresh), I cook 2-3 of those a week with 2 servings, sometimes dividing them into 3 or 4 servings because sometimes they're high in calories.
• I like to drink my AG1 while preparing one of HelloFresh’s meal plans.
• You don’t need an account to view recipes on HF, they’re all available on their website for free.
• If you make an account with hellofresh you can view all the recipes for free. You don't actually need to order anything. So what I did was printed out all of the recipes laminated them and then started making them.

• Honestly you might be right, I checked out one of the service, HelloFresh, and it just feel deceptive honestly by how they entice you in using pricing but looking inside it is more like price gouging.
• Factor is owned by Hello fresh where they have purchasing power to get meals at a fraction of the cost to make a profit.
