Hawaiian Airlines

Pros

• The seats are a bit roomier than the short-haul domestic spec planes that most of the legacy carriers use from the west coast, and you get a free cocktail with dinner.
• imo Hawaiian is significantly better than any other US carrier in economy. They treat their Hawaii to mainland routes like international flights in terms of service whereas everyone else just treats them like long domestics.
• I love taking Hawaiian airline. They have great service, also provide you meal for the 5 hr long flight and give maitai. I have taken other airline and found no meal/ no maitai. So went back to Hawaiian airlines.
• In my past experience, Hawaiian Airlines was way better than United, better food & better service.

Cons

• The customer service of Hawaiian onboard is amazing, friendly, and I love their juice. However was not a fan of a few gate agents at KOA.
