On the B550 board, everything powers up (CPU, Case, and GPU fans are spinning), but there is no display and no POST. The keyboard is unresponsive (Caps Lock LED doesn't toggle) and the speaker makes no beeps at all, even if I try to boot without any RAM installed (which should normally trigger a memory error beep).
