I forgot to bring my Vario with me, and I swear to God, it felt like I was riding naked the whole ride. It is a crucial part of my way of seeing the roads and my surroundings.
I can ride side by side with my buddy more often, and get a heads up from Garmin Varia if someone is coming up and I should move back in line.

Parent context: Garmin Varia gives a visual cue on your bike computer. That way you are not reliable on people reading your tshirt and acting accordingly. Reply: And as a hearing aid wearer, I also connect to the Varia app on my phone and patch it through to my hearing aids. I know my Garmin Edge will make a noise but typically the wind makes it impossible to hear. Connecting it to my hearing aids has been such an improvement.
