DDR5 starts at 34mm tall, and G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo ***44***mm tall. The Meshify 3 can handle 173mm tall coolers, the XL 182mm, and the NH-D15 G2 is "168mm" tall, but that's just the height of the tower itself. 140mm tall fan + 44mm tall RAM is 184mm, so 11mm taller than what the case can handle in either variant.
Don't get the old "meta" 6000mhz cl30 RAM. You can easily go for the cheapest kit you can find which is 32GB, better than like CL40 and even 5600mhz are fine during the shortage. You'll barely notice any difference
