  • Sometime, Olfactoryfactory and Fragrancenet but Fragrancenet prices are sometimes not all there.
  • I placed at order through fragrancenet, I paid the extra $5 for "premium" shipping but it's been a week and it looks like my package is on their standard snail mail. It's frustrating that I should have just kept my $5 and gotten the same...
  • I only had one issue with them but they did get back to me. I took a break from them but now I am glad they fixed it
  • Fragrancenet takes longer for me.

Aura fragrance, olfactory factory, fragrancenet, jomashop. There’s a ton of reputable ones out there if you look, those are the ones I’ve used and come to mind first.

I've read about people having bad experiences with Jomashop's customer service, so I use FragranceNet instead. I've had to contact their customer service a handful of times and have always had problems resolved in a satisfactory manner (especially when calling instead of emailing).
