Factor

Pros

• I’m even considering just using a service like Factor or something similar to take the guesswork out of it.
• These look in par with Factor, and they are about $115 for 10 meals
• Started with Factor - very good but tended to be more calorie dense and heavy than we wanted.
• Personally I get a big box of keto meals with an intro offer and then split them, adding a carb and more veggies. Most freeze alright, too. But it’s good for awhile!
• Factor is good too though, just less options. You can get a discount on your first few boxes.

Cons

• I tried Factor and honestly thought most of the meals were kind of gross (everything was very greasy), and the portion sizes were tiny.
• If you have money to do so, you can always go the subscription route for meal plans (hello fresh, factor, home chef, etc.) but they often come in a lot of packaging and can also get expensive.
• we had planned on getting factor or another meal prep service but since im there I figured this will be a better option
• You cannot compare yourself to corporate big box meal prep companies like Factor. Factor is owned by Hello fresh where they have purchasing power to get meals at a fraction of the cost to make a profit.
• I've used it, some meals are good, some are blech. Veggies line zucchini go slimey and don't reheat well, others like Brussels sprouts are great. I was buying their keto meals and they were very very dairy heavy..
