A few to look for are American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), Office on Women’s Health (HHS), CDC, Evidence Based Birth Cochrane Pregnancy and Childbirth Library

I learned everything I could ever need to know about pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum from their courses. They site studies, they don’t push an agenda. It’s purely to help you make the most informed choices you can. They have tons of free material and resources as well, but their courses were invaluable.
