  • It's always recomended to go with silver at least for most PSU's, I used an EVGA PSU.
  • I'll ask about the UPS to the repair shop guy, probably going to get that along with the new PSU so I can save myself from this kind of thing happening in the future.

  • Had someone give me a PC with an EVGA PSU, but for some reason they had a Corsair cable in their which worked with the SSD. I didn't know about the SATA power cable, lost 2 HDDs because of it.
  • One piece of advice, DON'T put any expensive gpu with that PSU, it's a shitty one.
