Eureka Mignon

Pros

• A Eureka Mignon would be perfect for you. You don't need the more expensive Specialita or Oro models, a Manuale is perfect, at the same price as one of the more expensive hand grinders, such as Kinu M47 or 1Zpresso.
• With a setup like the Lelit Elizabeth and a standalone grinder (e.g Eureka Mignon with a hopper):
• Else look at the Eureka Mignon grinders if you want a hopper.
• Oh, if you want a used grinder, I can sell you my DF54, a eureka mignon with timer or a ECM with hopper.
• I love how quiet my mignon is. And it does a great job.

Cons

• Having to awkwardly keep the grind button pressed during grinding was grinding my gears. Nothing like a good old toggle switch! First mod on my Eureka Mignon, also added some acoustic insulation inside of the grinder for slightly less no...
• Ok I can report back more now that I used it today, I made the best cup of espresso I’ve ever had just now. ... man, so much better than anything I ever got out of the Eureka
• I have a Mignon (and Profitec) with the same experience, really inconsistent. I decided the issue was the grinder so I got a Niche and it’s night and day difference.
• I have a lot of consistency issues and so think it’s my Eureka Mignon.
• The Mignons are solid but can be a pain when you're bouncing between different roasts.
