Dolin

Pros

• I've tried a lot of dry vermouths, and I've settled on Carpano dry vermouth as my number one, with my number two being Dolin.
• - 1 oz French Dry Vermouth (Noilly Prat or Dolin)
• I'd suggest Dolin. I feel it goes great with anything that calls for sweet vermouth. It's also not too spendy and typically easy to find.
• Dolin - Good value for the money, sweet and works pretty good with most drinks
• Any other name brand vermouth is going to be better. Cocchi, dolin, antica formula

Cons

• vermouth: Cocchi di torino (prefer it 100 times over Dolin)
• An antica vs a dolin is wildly different.
• Dolin is definitely the quietest.
• But what I like about the Luxardo compared to other bottles like Dolin or Boomsma is it has a stronger vegetal taste to me.
• Parent context: I have tried Dolin, but I thought it wasn't anything special, but that's just my opinion. Reply: It’s my personal favorite for dry martinis!
