Later at around 8:30 AM, he switched on his phone and casually told us the vans had already left and that we should arrange transport ourselves. When we asked how we were supposed to know which van was ours, he had no answer and said we should have waited outside asking every van driver if it was for us. We had to book our own taxi at a very high cost just to make it to the airport. On top of that, he had the audacity to say that if we missed our flight, it would not be Deyor’s responsibility.

Once you pay the full amount, their coordination becomes terrible. You constantly have to follow up with them for every small detail — even things like the visa process. For someone going on their first international trip, this becomes very stressful.

Guys, I just want to bring it to everyone’s attention that Deyor Trips is nothing but a bunch of scammers. I recently travelled with them and the experience was extremely disappointing. They are ripping people off while providing very poor service.

The marketing team claims the group ratio will be balanced, but that was far from the reality. In our trip the ratio was roughly 5:3 (male:female), and even among the women most were already travelling with their husbands or fiancés. So many people ended up feeling left out because groups were already formed.

The trip captain’s behavior was shocking. He was often unavailable and seemed careless about basic responsibilities. On the day we were leaving for the airport, we were asked to be ready by 8 AM for the vans. We were sitting in the hotel lounge from 7:30 AM and kept trying to contact the captain, but he didn’t pick up calls.

In the brochure they mention a specific price for the trip, but they charge completely different amounts from different people. Some people pay significantly less while others pay much more for the exact same trip and services. Everyone ends up having the same experience but at different prices, which is extremely unfair.
