Dell G2725D

Pros

• The Dell G2725D has a much brighter screen than the Acer Nitro EDA270U and you don’t want to pay retail for Windows.
• The 27” Dell G2725D is a very good budget choice.
• Wrong, the G2725D is better than the 24D in every way except the stand. I already have a monitor arm, so between the two the 25D is much better since it has better specs and is cheaper.
• Dell G2725D is the hot budget pick right now

Cons

• I also see the Dell G2725D that is available. Is it better than the G2724D or just a naming scam?
• The Dell G2725D is $130-$150. It's not great. You get what you pay for. It's the Little Caesars of 1440p gaming monitors.
• I wouldn't get either personally because... the Dell has a terrible stand that lacks any kind of height adjustment.
• Absolutely do not get the G2725D, it’s a massive downgrade and honestly pretty scummy by Dell to market it as an upgrade when it’s so much worse.
• The fact that Rtings have had to send 2 back says a lot.
