I tried enabling HDR on the Dell G2724D, and Battlefield 6 does look noticeably better, even though this monitor is known for its poor HDR performance.

Dell G2724D: also tested personally, everything was good, probably contrast a bit better than in the Asus (for my naked eyes), and the IPS glow was... let's say acceptable ;) I decided to keep it.
The Samsung is significantly better than the Dell. In both 27" versions, the 240Hz with Samsung's magic that makes its VA panels free of Black Smearing makes them far superior in terms of response times and fluidity of movement. Also, the Samsung is Wide Gammut while the Dell is not.
