A good air cooler like the Peerless Assassin or AK620 is more than enough
I went the AK620. It was the most affordable and it has been great. Originally on a 7600 and it's worked all the way up to my latest upgrade a 9800x3d.
Cpu cooler: DeepCool AK620
The PA120 SE is around $44 here in Turkey. Leaning toward either that or the DeepCool AK620 at this point.
Tested a CNPS20X, Peerless Assassin, and I think an AK620 on it, in single and dual fan configurations. All the mentioned coolers, in a 76F/24.4C ambient open air test bench, were able to cool a minimum of 215 watts sustained in single fan mode.

I have an AK620, basically similar in size and setup, and it’s in my Lian Li A3 case in its correct configuration.
I got an AK620 air cooler so dual fans, setup where both fans direct air towards the rear of the case.
I have a 7800x3d on air cooling with no issues. I'm using a deepcool ak620. (I liked the look with the screen with temp readouts) 7800x3d isn't a particularly hot CPU.
